This is a statement made by Heavenly Group Limited who run the
website sevensecondsell.com in relation to the Modern Slavery
Act 2015 and describes our commitment and the steps we take to
prevent slavery, servitude or compulsory labour and human
trafficking in our business and our supply chain
About Us
Heavenly Group Limited is an independent brand consultancy
specializing in making, marketing and monetizing brands.
Our supply chains mainly include production companies, media
agencies, software companies, IT and other office equipment,
professional services, and other office facilities services. We
have very low risk of any modern slavery in relation to our own
business, but we recognize that there is a risk in relation to
third-party suppliers (particularly production partners) so we
have focused attention on minimising such risk in our supply
chain.
Our Policies
Our employment policies address issues such as equal
opportunities, protection of personal data, whistle-blowing,
harassment and bullying, health and safety in the workplace,
holiday and sick pay.
We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws,
including modern slavery laws and that they have suitable
practices and procedures in place to ensure that human
trafficking and slavery does not take place in their
organization or their supply chains.
These policies are reviewed annually to ensure that we protect
the rights and freedoms all those working in our business. Our
Commitment to ethical business standards is reflected in our
B-Corp certification.
Due diligence
We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human
trafficking in any part of our business. We monitor our
suppliers on an ongoing basis and will end our relationship with
any suppliers who we believe may be involved in modern slavery
or human trafficking.
We aim to encourage openness and will support anyone who raises
genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they
turn out to be mistaken. We are committed to ensuring no one
suffers any detrimental treatment as a result of reporting in
good faith their suspicion that modern slavery of whatever form
is or may be taking place in any part of our own business or in
any of our supply chains.
